Happy Holidays from CTA!

We would like to say thank you to our wonderful partners, funders and volunteers for all you support this year. We have had an incredible 12 months and were thrilled to open our Digital Community Hub back in October. We've worked with hundreds of members of our local community and could not have done it without your support and generosity. Thank you from Cat, Steph, Steve and the team at Community TechAid!

Wishing you all a peaceful and happy festive season🎄

Our Community Digital Hub will be closed from Friday 22nd December and reopen on Tuesday 2nd January.

Introducing our new Volunteer Coordinator!

We are delighted to welcome Charlotte Kinnah-Brown to the team as our volunteer coordinator.

"I am thrilled to be part of a team where I can help marginalised groups access technology in order for them to feel connected with loved ones and the wider community."

Charlotte's background is in the arts, publishing, events and education. She is a firm believer in championing people’s life skills whilst supporting the wellbeing of children and adults.

If you'd like to know more about our volunteering opportunities, get in touch at volunteer@communitytechaid.org.uk

Connect Up! at our Digital Community Hub

We're delighted to launch our first set of digital skills classes in collaboration with ClearCommunityWeb this January.

Join us at our Community Digital Hub to learn new digital skills, meet new people and build confidence using a computer. Each week we will cover a different topic, through practical activities, discussions and demonstrations learners will get to grips with using different online tools in a fun and friendly environment

This is suitable for beginners, those wanting to brush up on skills or needing to cover the fundamentals of using the internet.

No laptop, no problem! We can support you with a laptop of your own if you don't have a device.

To book a space please call 07523 646 277 or fill in this form.

We need your help!

We couldn't do what we do without your generous support.

Whether it's a donation drive during Eco Week at a local school or passing on technology from your workplace, every donation makes a huge difference to our community.

If you have technology you no longer need or are able to donate to our spare parts fund we'd love to hear from you!
