Phil Shoesmith

Phil has worked in a number of not-for-profit organisations, with leadership roles in IT, Project Management and Facilities. Phil’s experience includes building an IT function at a major UK charity as part of a strategic change programme, and the delivery of award winning strategic change projects. Earlier in his career, Phil worked in a variety of IT roles including application development, network design and implementation, database design, server administration, and senior management positions at large commercial organisations in the automotive and financial services sectors.
